Before we can really get started on your task, we are going to need a few things from you… starting with access to the technology you currently use in your business.

Now, instead of having you send us your passwords via email, I request that you share them securely with us via a program called LastPass instead.

If you haven’t used it before, you can go here and set up a FREE account. During set-up, you will be asked if you want to import passwords from your computer, I recommend you let it to it. (Just know it may take a bit.)

One of the things that I LOVE about this program is that once it has your login information stored in their system, you can share your login credentials with others WITHOUT sharing your actual password.  That means when you can hire a VA (like us), we can use your login info to do our job, and when we are done, you can remove the share without needing to go in and change a bunch of passwords.

Additionally, you really only need to remember ONE password, the one to your LastPass account… because it can store them all AND help you create those crazy character ones that other systems ask you to create.
